Cityscape is a brand new neighborhood in Calgary that has an ideal location. Only 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to downtown, this offers you the in city vibe without getting caught up in all the rush!

Guest Access

ACCESS Guests have access to the entire main floor and upper level of the home. The basement has a suite with its own separate entrance. The only shared space is the driveway outside which is used for parking vehicles. ENTERING/LEAVING The front door of our home has a smartlock so you can easily check yourself in and not have to worry about keys. The code for the door will be provided on the day of your arrival. PARKING The RIGHT SIDE of the driveway is all yours to park your vehicles. There is enough room to park 2 vehicles on the RIGHT SIDE of the driveway. The left side of the driveway is reserved for the basement tenants. BASEMENT The basement of our home has a suite with tenants below. The basement suite has it’s own separate entrance so you will not have to interact with the tenants.

GENERAL {The Long} Our home comes with a smartlock on the front door so you won’t have to worry about any keys. Easily check yourself in at anytime with the code we will provide on your arrival day. We’ve also made sure to fully stock our home to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. This spacious home has 2 master bedrooms, each with their own private ensuites. The additional 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable during their stay. This home also comes with 2 living rooms, and 2 kitchens!! Whether travelling with a large group or a couple friends, our home is the perfect place if you’re looking for a stress free stay from a professional hosting company. The sliding closet door contains hangers and built in shoe racks so you’ll be able to neatly organize your groups belongings. Immediately to the left you’ll see the grand stairway which leads to the upper level of our home. If you go directly straight in front from the entryway, you will walk down the hallway leading towards the spacious open concept layout of our main floor. In the hallway towards the living room there is a very large console table which complements the space wonderfully. This table is perfect for storing any keys, bags or purses you may be carrying with you. {The Short} -Spacious area -Closet with hangers & built in shoe rack -Large console table -- HALF BATHROOM – MAIN LEVEL Down the hallway from the entryway is where you will find the half bathroom on the main level. This bathroom is located on the left hand side of the hallway just before entering the living room. -- LIVING ROOM – MAIN LEVEL {The Long} Step into our living room and be wowed at the contemporary open concept layout. The living area is right beside the kitchen and dining room, which allows for the entire space to seamlessly flow together making it a remarkable space to gather with friends and family. We’ve furnished this area with two brand new leather couches that are as comfy as they are stylish. Sink into these couches and enjoy our 50” smart TV which comes with tons of streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, Amazon and more. Simply select an app on the remote, then log into your account to enjoy all your favourite movies and shows – just like you would in your own home! This space comes with lots of throw pillows for your comfort, and homey décor to make it feel like a true home away from home. There’s also two nightshade lamps in the corners of the room, and adjustable blinds which allow for the perfect lighting at any time. {The Short} -Open concept -Comfy leather couches -50” smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ & more -Pillows & décor -Nightshade lamps -Adjustable blinds -- DINING AREA – MAIN LEVEL {The Long} Behind the living room and directly beside the kitchen is where you will find our dining room. The convenient location of this room brings all the spaces together, effortlessly creating the perfect environment for making new memories with the group you’re travelling with. The table itself is classic, timeless, and provides ample room for a group of 6 to comfortably sit down to a home cooked meal together. Each chair also comes with a comfy cushion so you can sit down to a truly comforting meal. For additional eating space with a larger group, the island along with 4 bar stools is directly beside the dining room, so no matter how large your group is, you can all sit down together! {The Short} -Convenient open concept -Table with comfortable seating for 6 -Additional seating at island for 4 -- KITCHEN – MAIN LEVEL {The Long} If you’re someone who appreciates a top-of-the-line kitchen, then prepare yourself to be amazed. This stunning focal point of the main level has been completed with high end finishes from top to bottom. The spacious island with a gorgeous quartz countertop is an eye opener that serves to bring together the rest of the beautifully finished space – stunning white cabinetry throughout, and an elegant white tile backsplash that creates a clean, organized feeling that a kitchen should always have. To accent the bright white colours of this kitchen, we have a darker shade of brand new Samsung appliances. The large refrigerator has plenty of space. The microwave is stacked on top of the oven and built directly into the wall with the cabinetry, a unique design that is as functional as it is stylish. The gas stove top is a chef’s delight, and comes with 5 total burners. On top of the gas stove is a stainless-steel range hood for proper ventilation while cooking. When it comes to this kitchen space it has it all, and we’ve even gone above and beyond to ensure you have even more. We provide full cook wear so you can cook your favourite meals, we provide matching bowls, plates, cups, cutlery, and we even have child safe eat wear too! We offer a toaster, hot water kettle, and of course a coffee station! Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. {The Short} -Quartz countertops -White cabinetry throughout -Brand new Samsung appliances -Fully stocked -Complimentary coffee & tea -- KITCHEN #2 – MAIN LEVEL {The Long} Behind the door in the kitchen it appears as though it may be a large pantry, but it’s actually another full kitchen! This “spice kitchen” is a bonus kitchen space that offers even more room that may be needed when preparing your favourite meals. This kitchen comes with an oven/stove combo, along with a microwave mounted above. More stylish white cabinetry highlights this space, which comes with more cooking utensils, cutting knives, and we’ve also provided seasoning so you can spice up your meal! At the rear of this second kitchen you will find a full walk in pantry, which we keep stocked with essentials that may be needed during your stay. {The Short} -Brand new appliances -Cookwear & cutting knives -Walk in pantry -- BONUS ROOM – UPPER LEVEL {The Long} Once you’ve completed your tour of our extravagant main level, walk back to the entry way and head upstairs to experience the exceptionally spacious area of our upper level. At the top of the stairs you’ll walk into the extremely spacious bonus room. This area is complete with a comfy sectional, a super comfy big red bean bag chair, and another 50” smart TV complete with tons of streaming apps. We’ve left this space mostly wide open so you can feel free to enjoy the open room and play some games with your friends and family. To get you started, we’ve made sure to stock this room with the perfect game for a space this large – Twister! {The Short} -Spacious open room -50” smart TV with streaming apps -Comfy sectional & bean bag chair -Twister! -- MASTER BEDROOM #1 {The Long} Directly off the bonus room is where you will find the first of two master bedrooms. This cozy room comes with a comfy King size bed along with matching nightstands. The bed has two lamps built into it which provide the perfect lighting before bed time. This spacious bedroom has a ton of room, along with adjustable blinds and a full length mirror as well. • Guests have access to this entire home, except for the basement which has a suite with tenants. The basement has its own separate entrance so guests will not have to interact with tenants. 🛑 Accessibility Note: All bedrooms are located upstairs — this may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. 🛁 Bathroom Layout: One bedroom accesses the shared bathroom through a common area. Please note this for privacy considerations. ✈️ Noise Disclaimer: The property is located near an airport. Jet noise may be noticeable, especially between 10 PM and 1 AM. Light sleepers may want to consider bringing earplugs or choosing a quieter location. • Wifi is through Telus for lightning quick service. • Wifi name and password is on fridge. • Host can be contacted through the Airbnb app at anytime. • Please do not call or text unless it is an emergency. Guest Verification Required: -To ensure the safety and security of all our guests and our property, we require a government-issued photo ID to be submitted after your reservation is confirmed. Our home is located only 5 minutes away from both major highways in Calgary (2 & 201). We're less than 10 minutes away from the closest train station, and there are lots of bus stops within walking distance.
