Guests may need to use street parking or a nearby lot if the space is unavailable • Initial entry to building is by dialing buzzer. Buzzer code will be given on day of arrival (only to be used one time for first building entry). • FOB will be waiting on kitchen table for easy access in and out of building for remainder of your stay. • FOB must be left on the table when you leave. • Self check in with smart lock so no need to worry about key for door (code will be given on day of arrival).

This full kitchen comes with a full set of appliances, including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove. We also keep our kitchen equipped with all the cookware you need to prepare a 5 star meal, along with plates, bowls, cups and cutlery so you can enjoy your favorite home cooked meal with family and friends. And of course, we also provide a coffee machine along with everything that’s needed to brew a fresh pot of coffee, along with a kettle, tea, and much more! The 42” Roku TV comes with lots of apps so you can watch your favourite shows and movise, all you have to do is log in to your account to start streaming! The comfortable sectional can seat up to 4 people, and the stylish corner chaise is perfect for lounging. This space has lots of throw pillows and some blankets so you can relax in comfort. The sliding patio doors are located directly off of the living room, which provides a ton of natural sunlight into the unit. There’s a screen door so in the summer time you can have it open for a breeze and not worry about bugs getting inside. The blinds on the sliding doors are easy to open and close, and the blackout curtains provide the darkness you need to sleep or even set the mood for movie night! {The Short} -Comfy, stylish living room -42” Roku TV -Private balcony access off living room - BEDROOMS {The Long} Both bedrooms in this unit come with comfy KING size beds so you can spread out and get the rest you deserve while traveling! Each bed also comes with matching nightstands and a bed side lamp so you can set the perfect lighting for reading a book before bed. Each bedroom also comes with a chaise where you can comfortably change in the mornings and evenings. Storage spaces in each room provide space where you can store and organize your belongings, and we provide hangers so you can hang your clothing. {The Short} -KING size beds -Nightstands with bedside lamp -Corner chaise -Hangers and storage available - BATHROOM {The Long} The bathroom for this unit is located in between the two bedrooms. This full bathroom has a convenient walk in shower which makes it super easy to get in and out of the shower. The large bathroom vanity has lots of counter space for you to get ready, along with a full width mirror as well. We provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you don’t have to worry about bringing any liquids with you while you travel! {The Short} -Walk in shower -Large vanity and counterspace -Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash - LAUNDRY This building has washing machines available for your use. The machines cost $2.25 per load. - The MAX HEIGHT of the parkade is 6' (6 feet / 1.83 meters). -*Underground parking is not always available. Guests may need to use street parking or a nearby lot if the space is unavailable - Please be advised that exterior construction work on to the next block of suites is still ongoing. - Laundry machines in the building cost $2.25 per load. A laundry card must be used for the machines, to load funds onto the card, the card must be brought to a nearby loading station (4 minute drive from building). There is also a Laundromat located behind the building (2 minute walk). - We have a vacuum cleaner available in the unit. Guest Verification Required: -To ensure the safety and security of all our guests and our property, we require a government-issued photo ID to be submitted after your reservation is confirmed. This is a standard part of our verification process. - Failure to return furniture to its original position upon checkout may incur a fee.

There are plenty of attractions all within walking distance. Lots of bus stops are also nearby, and the LRT train system is 10 blocks away, which can connect you to anywhere in the city.
